so much had happened in the past year that the only things i can vaguely recall off hand are the ones from this sem. (i blame it on the academic year really, we've been trained to believe that one academic cycle (midterms, studying break, finals) equals to one full year no? now in uni we experience it TWICE a year...fml.) everything that happened in the beginning of the year, ie. last sem feels so last year, literally :/ HOWELLS.

the point of the photo was SUPPOSED to be that eagle at the back we kept blocking, who knew right!

we visited fake waterfalls,

and we camwhored everywhere, even at the temple?!

plus we had breakfasts of awesome tou foo and champion otak with photos complementary of xiaobao's strong camwhoring arms!

also, we tried to act like ah bengs but er, the photo pretty much speaks for itself heh.

was really tempted to go on a photo overload for this one but it'll prolly mean staying at home and typing this entry till midnight. this trip definitely goes into the never to be forgotten trips list in my life though, along with the china trips with the wushu gang eons ago (still reminisce about them alot!).

now THIS has to be the BEST JOB EVER!! :D the greatest, friendliest, craziest people to work with who (somehow) manage to make the most boring warehouse jobs entertaining and awesome every freaking day! despite the crazy hours (till 4am during stock checks), sleep inducing admin work and the manual labour, the coolest boss (zainie we miss you! ): ) and the nuttiest colleagues actually made work fun :D

Shanghai trip

did random touristy sightseeing stuff.

visited the shanghai expo..

..for THREE freaking days.
(after a few days my cam batt died and i didnt even care heh. it was THAT frustrating!)

i must have really been out of my mind when i decided to go along with the trip, knowing it'll be filled with business conferences and visits....all in chinese. and to top it off, with a bunch of strangers?! (like srsly, i met most of them for the first time when we were at the AIRPORT. holy..) but it wasnt too bad, definitely an interesting experience. (hey, i got to travel in a train for the first time yo!)

(but now they're all back, or soon to be back, YAY! :D )
